These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between you ("Customer") and Axtell Windows ("Company") regarding the purchase and installation of our window products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging in any business transaction with Axtell Windows, including but not limited to purchasing, ordering, or scheduling an installation, you acknowledge and accept the terms laid out in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Product Information and Installation

Axtell Windows provides accurate and detailed information about our window products on our official website, brochures, or other marketing materials. However, we reserve the right to modify or update the specifications, designs, and any other relevant information without prior notice. While we make every effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, we cannot guarantee that all details are error-free.

Our trained professionals will handle the window installation process diligently and with the utmost care. However, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that the site is ready for installation, including the removal of obstructions, electronics, and any other items that might impede the process. If unforeseen circumstances arise during the installation, we will notify the Customer of any necessary changes or adjustments.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Axtell Windows strives to provide transparent and competitive pricing for our products and services. The final cost will be quoted to the Customer based on the specific requirements of the project, including the size, type, and quantity of windows, as well as any additional services requested. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment for products and services can be made via acceptable forms of payment outlined by the Company, such as cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic funds transfer. Unless otherwise agreed upon, a deposit may be required to secure the order, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the installation. Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in delays or cancellation of the order.

4. Order Cancellation and Refunds

The Customer may cancel an order prior to the commencement of the installation by providing written notice to Axtell Windows. Any cancellation requests made after the installation process has begun may incur additional charges. Final decisions regarding cancellation fees or refunds will be made at the discretion of the Company.
If there are any issues identified with the window products or the installation process, the Customer must notify Axtell Windows within 14 days of completion. Our team will address the concern promptly and explore appropriate solutions, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the problem.

5. Limited Warranty and Liability

Axtell Windows provides a limited warranty on our window products and installation services. The specific terms and conditions of the warranty will be provided to the Customer upon the completion of the installation. This warranty does not cover issues arising from improper use, accidental damage, acts of nature, or any modifications made without prior agreement from Axtell Windows.
While we take precautionary measures during the installation process, the Customer acknowledges that Axtell Windows and its employees shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during or after the installation, unless caused directly by proven negligence on our part.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City/County, State/Country].
